1. Coordinate with all departments for SAP-related activities and project
execution
2. Work closely with business users to understand requirements and ensure
smooth SAP operation
3. Basic functional knowledge in SAP Modules: FI, MM, PS, REFX
4. Manage user roles creation, access control, and authorization
5. Coordinate with SAP vendors / consultants for issue resolution and
enhancements
6. Track and monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables
7. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of SAP activities
8. Provide basic user support and troubleshooting for SAP issues
