Job Title: SAP Controller & AI Executive ((For Mines Industry - Corporate Office)
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
CTC: Up to 20 LPA
Report To: CFO
Level: Executive
Educational Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- Additional certification/knowledge in SAP or AI tools will be an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience post-CA
- Experience in SAP controlling/finance modules and exposure to AI-based tools preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee SAP controlling (CO module) and financial processes
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, and variance analysis
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards
- Work on process automation and AI-driven financial insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system improvements and data accuracy
- Support implementation and optimization of SAP and AI tools in finance operations
- Analyze large datasets to provide strategic business insights
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP (FICO / CO module)
- Good understanding of AI tools / automation in finance
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in SAP implementation or transformation projects
- Exposure to AI/automation tools (Power BI, Python, R, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
