Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure, customize, and support SAP modules based on business needs.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects.
- Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Provide production support and ensure smooth SAP operations.
- Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Conduct user training and prepare technical/functional documentation.
- Support integration between SAP and third-party systems.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security, and governance standards.
- Participate in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in SAP implementation and support projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Good understanding of business processes and SAP best practices.
- Experience with configuration, customization, and integration activities.
- Knowledge of SAP reporting and data migration tools.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, or cloud solutions is an advantage.
- Experience with incident management, enhancements, and change requests.
- Understanding of integration technologies such as IDocs, APIs, RFCs, or middleware platforms.
- Experience working in Agile or SAP Activate methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- SAP Certification in relevant module preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with international clients and enterprise environments.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
