Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM) and Employee Central (EC) modules. The ideal candidate should have experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to streamline HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting Management (RCM) modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
- Perform system configuration, workflows, business rules, role-based permissions (RBP), and data management.
- Support end-to-end implementation, integration, and enhancement activities.
- Work closely with HR, business users, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
- Execute system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Ensure smooth integration between SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
- Provide documentation, user training, and post-production support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation/support.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruiting Management (RCM)
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with business rules, workflows, RBP, MDF objects, and integrations.
- Good understanding of HR lifecycle processes and talent management.
- Experience in configuration, support, and troubleshooting of SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC or RCM preferred.
- Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
- Prior experience in enterprise-level HR transformation projects.
