Role & Responsibilities
Execute single or multi-country Concur implementations following customer-preferred methodologies:
- Collect and analyse As-Is documentation (policies, IT landscape, SOPs, narratives, etc.) from the customer.
- Coordinate the provision of Concur deployment-related design guidelines, templates, and questionnaires.
- Liaise with customer team members and internal resources to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Document and validate business requirements, facilitating prioritisation processes.
- Participate in Fit-to-Best Design Practice workshops and country-specific sessions.
- Document functional designs (CDW) for Concur modules and extended features.
- Participate hands-on in Concur configuration build and setup configuration validation sessions.
- Develop overall test plans and prepare test scenarios and cases for validation and testing.
- Coordinate customer team activities related to test data preparation.
- Resolve configuration validation and product test issues, facilitating retesting as required.
- Facilitate Unit Testing (UT), Concur functional System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Consolidate and track all Concur functional SIT and UAT test results, including issue resolution.
- Review and resolve incidents identified during the stabilisation period.
Concur Implementation & Training Consultant-specific role:
- Execute and coordinate change management activities, supporting the country/local lead.
- Train-the-Trainer Approach: Develop Concur UI-based training content and role-based quick reference guides.
- Conduct training sessions for Trainers/Change Ambassadors, Back-Office, and Administrators.
- Schedule and coordinate End-User trainings to be executed by the Training Team.
- Coordinate the execution of the communication plan and submission of user satisfaction surveys.
- Conduct solution demos and functional knowledge transfer sessions.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business / Engineering preferred)
- Hands-on SAP Concur configuration experience
- Experience in Concur Expense, Request, and Integrations
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple implementations
- SAP Concur Implementation Partner (CIP) Certification preferred
