Job Title: SAP Concur Expense Consultant (Remote)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SAP Concur Expense Consultant to manage, configure, and support the SAP Concur Expense platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementation, integration, and support, ensuring efficient and compliant expense management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP Concur Expense modules based on business requirements
- Manage the complete Concur Expense lifecycle (Requirement Gathering → Design → Implementation → Support)
- Customize expense policies, approval workflows, audit rules, and hierarchies
- Integrate SAP Concur with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC
- Handle credit card integrations, vendor setup, and reimbursement processes
- Provide L2/L3 support and resolve user issues related to expense reporting
- Perform data migration, system testing (UAT), and deployment activities
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to enhance and optimize expense processes
- Generate reports and dashboards for analysis, compliance, and decision-making
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in SAP Concur Expense
- Strong understanding of Expense Management processes
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Expense Configuration
- Policy Setup
- Workflow Design
- Audit Rules
- Experience integrating with SAP Finance (FI/CO) or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of Concur APIs and reporting tools (Cognos preferred)
- Understanding of GST and taxation compliance (India/global)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Concur Certification
- Experience in Banking/Finance domain
- Exposure to Travel & Expense (T&E) solutions
- Experience working in remote or global delivery models
