Job Requirements*
- 3–8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Callidus Cloud / SAP Commissions (formerly Callidus Cloud).
- Proficiency in Callidus configuration: compensation plans, credit rules, quotas, rate tables, draw & recovery, and reporting.
- Experience with Callidus data management including imports, pipelines, and XML/CSV-based data feeds.
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying, validation, and troubleshooting within the Callidus environment.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP SF (SuccessFactors), or Salesforce CRM integrations is preferred
Key Responsibilities*
- Design, configure, and develop SAP Callidus (SAP Commissions) modules including compensation plans, crediting rules, quota, and reports.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement end-to-end ICM solutions.
- Develop custom pipelines, rules, and calculation logic using Callidus scripting and configuration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to align ICM solutions with business objectives.
