Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud IAG Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG), SAP GRC Access Control, and cloud identity provisioning solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and managing secure access governance solutions across SAP cloud and on-premise landscapes.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and manage SAP Cloud IAG solutions for cloud and on-premise applications.
- Configure automated user access provisioning and governance processes.
- Develop and maintain custom SoD rulesets for cloud applications.
- Implement hybrid provisioning solutions integrating third-party IdM systems with SAP IPS and target applications.
- Perform access governance activities including ARM, ARA, and EAM.
- Collaborate with BTP, Basis, Security, and GRC teams for seamless integration and support.
- Create project documentation including SOPs, user guides, and technical documents.
- Conduct end-to-end system integration testing (SIT) and support UAT activities.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to stakeholders and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Cloud IAG and SAP Security/GRC projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP access governance and identity management concepts.
- Experience with SAP IPS, Cloud Identity Services, and hybrid provisioning models.
- Knowledge of role design, user administration, and SoD compliance.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in Agile and cross-functional project environments.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- SAP Security / GRC Access Control certification is preferred.
