About the role
As a Developer for the Platform Serices Team within Tools and Delivery Unit, you will contribute to developing new features for a professional SaaS business application called In-product Communication. In this role, you will:
Exhibit exceptional cloud native development skills with customer focus.
Build strong relationships at every level of the organization and demonstrate engineering excellence.
Collaborate with architect, fellow developers, quality and user assistance specialists on design, architecture, hands-on coding, testing, etc. to deliver best solutions to our customers.
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, uncertainty, ambiguity, and change.
Provide direction to junior developers for solution realization and participate, as necessary, in coding, testing, documentation, go-live and maintenance support activities.
Escalate issues well in advance and suggest alternative approaches.
