🚨 Hiring: Cloud SAP ALM Admin Admin | IT Change & Release Management
📌 Role: Cloud SAP ALM Admin
💼 Experience: 10+ Years
🕐 Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
🌍 Location: Remote – India
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive RM Admin with a strong background in administration, coordination, IT Change Management, Release Management, CSV support, and implementation projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Ensure changes in SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) are updated according to process requirements
• Follow up with change owners for missing or incomplete information
• Provide first-line support to CALM users
• Assist with preparation, coordination, and implementation of changes
• Support CSV (Computer System Validation) activities and related documentation
• Provide support throughout implementation projects
• Conduct Q&A sessions and assist users when required
• Maintain the RM Calendar and support PROTON releases
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure changes and releases are completed on time
🔹 Required Skills
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in IT Change Management / Release Management
• Experience supporting CSV activities and documentation
• Experience working on implementation projects and production/support activities
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Delivery-focused mindset
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Jira, Outlook, and SharePoint
