Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP Central Finance (Cfin) Specialist, based in Bengaluru South with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The SAP Cfin Specialist will manage and optimize SAP FICO modules, oversee master data, align with business processes, and provide consulting expertise. The role also includes analyzing financial processes, identifying improvement areas, and delivering tailored SAP solutions to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO, including configuration, implementation, and optimization
• In-depth understanding of business processes and the ability to align them with SAP solutions
• Proven experience in consulting and stakeholder engagement for project planning and execution
• Proficiency with managing and maintaining master data structures
• Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating financial data and identifying improvement opportunities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in ERP implementations or upgrades is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; SAP certification is an advantage
