Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
SAP C4C Technical Consultant with strong expertise in
SAP Cloud for Customer technical development, custom solution build, side-by-side extensions, and enterprise integrations.
The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in
SAP C4C SDK / Cloud Application Studio, SAP BTP development, ABSL/BODL scripting, API integrations, and technical customization of C4C Service modules, with the ability to independently deliver scalable cloud-based customer engagement solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for consultants who have worked on
complex SAP cloud transformation projects, technical enhancements, and integrated enterprise application landscapes.

Key Responsibilities - Design and develop custom technical solutions using SAP C4C SDK / Cloud Application Studio
- Build custom business objects, enhancements, PDI developments, and extension scenarios
- Develop and enhance technical objects using:
- ABSL
- BODL
- UI Script
- UI Designer
- Implement and customize SAP C4C Service module functionalities
- Build and support side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP
- Develop microservices, custom integrations, and cloud applications as per business requirements
- Integrate SAP C4C with SAP and third-party applications using:
- REST APIs
- OData Services
- Web Services
- Middleware tools
- Participate in requirement gathering, technical solutioning, stakeholder discussions, SIT/UAT, and deployment support
- Ensure code quality, technical standards, and best development practices
- Work closely with functional, technical, and business teams in Agile delivery environments

Mandatory Skills / Must Have (Strict Screening Criteria) SAP C4C Technical Core Experience
- Minimum 4–10+ years of relevant SAP C4C technical development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Cloud for Customer SDK / Cloud Application Studio
- Experience in custom technical build, extension development, and PDI enhancements
SAP BTP Technical Expertise
- Proven hands-on experience in SAP BTP development and side-by-side extensions
- Ability to develop cloud-based technical solutions and custom services integrated with SAP C4C
Technical Development Stack
Mandatory Hands-on Development Experience In
- ABSL
- BODL
- UI Script
- UI Designer
C4C Architecture & Module Knowledge
- Strong understanding of SAP C4C technical architecture
- Hands-on experience in SAP C4C Service module customization
Integration Expertise - Strong experience in API and enterprise integrations using:
- REST APIs
- OData
- SOAP/Web Services
- Middleware integration tools
Delivery Methodology
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum based project environments
- Exposure to requirement analysis, technical discussions, testing, deployment, and support
⭐ Preferred / Good To Have Skills
Candidates with the following exposure will be highly preferred:
- SAP CPI / Integration Suite exposure
- Experience in multi-system SAP cloud integration projects
- Knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud process flows
- Exposure to Fiori/UI enhancements
- Experience in enterprise global rollout environments
