Key Responsibilities :
1.Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops to gather requirements, perform Fit-Gap analysis, and create Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
2. System Configuration: Expertly configure SAP Sales Cloud modules, including Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Quotations, Service orders and SLA.
3. Process Optimization: Design and optimize sales processes, including Lead-to-Opportunity and Opportunity-to-Quote flows.
4. Integration Management: Manage integrations between SAP C4C and SAP S/4HANA/ECC using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
5. Extensibility & Customization: Configure workflows, business rules, page layouts, screen adaptations (Key User Tools), and custom fields.
6. Data Migration & Testing: Perform data migration, manage UAT cycles, and lead end-user training.
