🔎 Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP BW Consultant with strong expertise in BW on HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data modeling, ETL development, reporting enhancements, production support, and enterprise analytics integrations across SAP and third-party systems.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and optimize SAP BW on HANA / BW/4HANA data models including ADSOs, CompositeProviders, and Open ODS Views
✅ Build and maintain ETL flows, transformations, DTPs, and SAP extractors
✅ Perform query tuning, HANA performance optimization, and reporting enhancements
✅ Manage SAP extractions using ODP/ODQ and integration layers
✅ Develop SAP Datasphere models using Data Builder, Business Builder, and Analytical Modeler
✅ Integrate SAP Datasphere with BW/4HANA and cloud/on-prem SAP systems
✅ Design and optimize SAP BDC data pipelines for large-scale ingestion and transformation
✅ Integrate BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and external platforms such as Databricks
✅ Support governance, lineage, cataloging, and data quality processes
✅ Coordinate BW migration and consolidation projects across multiple stakeholders
🎯 Required Skills
✔ Strong hands-on experience in SAP BW on HANA and BW/4HANA
✔ Expertise in HANA modeling (Calculation Views, SQL)
✔ Hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere
✔ Strong knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)
✔ Experience with Databricks integration and ETL pipelines
✔ Good understanding of SAP extractors, ODP, and enterprise data integration
✔ Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
