Safeguard & Support customer teams in delivering critical projects.
Helping customers with complex root cause analysis and problem resolution.
High willingness to learn in the areas of new innovations and keeping abreast of relevant new SAP features / releases.
Area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis and introduction of best practices for operations at complex implementation
