Job Description – SAP Business Development Manager (SAP BDM)
Shift: USA Shift / DAY SHIFT

Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced SAP Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in SAP solutions, SAP ERP services, and enterprise sales for the USA market. The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of SAP modules, SAP implementation services, staffing solutions, and SAP consulting sales. The candidate must be capable of driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and managing end-to-end SAP service sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop business opportunities for SAP services and SAP consulting solutions in the USA market.
- Promote SAP ERP solutions including implementation, support, migration, rollout, upgrade, and staffing services.
- Handle sales and marketing activities for all major SAP modules.
- Identify client requirements and provide suitable SAP business solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Coordinate with SAP technical and delivery teams for project discussions and requirement gathering.
- Prepare proposals, capability presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, and pricing models.
- Achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze SAP industry trends.
SAP Modules Knowledge Required
Candidate should have understanding and sales exposure in SAP ERP solutions including:
SAP S/4HANA / SAP FICO / SAP MM / SAP SD / SAP PP / SAP HCM SuccessFactors / SAP ABAP / SAP CRM / SAP Ariba / SAP BW/BI / SAP Basis / SAP SCM
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP services sales and business development.
- Good understanding of SAP implementation lifecycle and ERP solutions.
- Experience in IT services sales, SAP staffing, or SAP consulting sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Experience handling USA-based clients and working in USA shift.
- Ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Target-driven and self-motivated professional.
- Strong understanding of enterprise ERP business solutions.
- Experience working with international clients and SAP partners is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
