Your department
Within the SAP Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will play a key role in driving next‑generation enterprise transformation by integrating AI capabilities into SAP S/4HANA programs. The CoE is responsible for innovation enablement, capability development, asset building, and accelerating the adoption of standardized SAP and Business AI solutions across transformation initiatives.
Our team helps organizations move beyond traditional system implementation toward intelligent, automated, and data‑driven operations. Leveraging SAP Business AI and innovations such as SAP Joule and agent‑based AI scenarios, we combine transformation advisory with hands‑on enablement to guide customers through their SAP AI journey.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a SAP Business AI Architect. The role involves developing and driving SAP Business AI architecture strategies to enhance digital transformation initiatives. The Architect will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align business goals with AI-based solutions, analyze business requirements, and design scalable, integrated systems. Additionally, responsibilities include optimizing business processes and providing expert guidance on leveraging SAP technologies effectively to achieve business objectives.
Tasks & expectations
· Drive integration of SAP Business AI into SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, defining AI use cases and guiding implementation from solution design through build and activation of agentic AI capabilities
· Collaborate with business, functional, and technology teams to embed AI-driven scenarios across transformation workstreams
· Support activation and demonstration of SAP Business AI capabilities, including Joule and agent-based solutions, within business processes
- · Facilitate stakeholder engagements to align AI adoption with transformation objectives and measurable outcomes
Your Profile:
· Proven experience participating in SAP S/4HANA transformation or advisory engagements
· Exposure to end-to-end enterprise processes across key SAP Lines of Business, enabling identification and adoption of Business AI capabilities within functional transformation initiatives
· Understanding of how AI capabilities can enhance enterprise business processes
· Consulting-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capability
· Comfortable operating as an individual contributor
Technical Skills:
· Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA transformation landscapes
· Hands-on exposure to SAP Business AI solutions, including activation and usage of advanced Joule capabilities
· Understanding of SAP BTP ecosystem and intelligent automation concepts
· Basic understanding of data, analytics, and AI integration within SAP environments
Organizational Skills:
· Structured thinking and strong analytical capability
· Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and business-friendly manner
· Experience collaborating across distributed and global teams
