We are looking for an SAP BTP Support Engineer to join our offshore support team inIndia. This role focuses on handling application and platform support tickets formultiple customers using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services such asSAPUI5 applications, CAPM (Node.js), SAP Build Process Automation (BPA),Document Management Service (DMS), and Identity Authentication Service (IAS).

The engineer will be responsible for analyzing application issues, troubleshooting production problems, managing deployments, and ensuring smooth operation of applications hosted on SAP BTP across multiple customer landscapes. The role requires strong technical expertise in SAP BTP services, application architectures, and support processes, combined with the ability to independently investigate issues and deliver reliable solutions.

Required Technical Skills:

SAP BTP Technologies

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP services.

• Experience working with SAPUI5/Fiori applications.

• Hands-on experience with CAPM (Node.js) development and support.

• Experience with SAP Build Process Automation (BPA). (Nice to have)

• Knowledge of SAP Document Management Service (DMS).

• Experience with SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS).
