We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Solution Architect with strong solutioning and licensing expertise to support a client implementing SAP QM in S/4HANA RISE across remote plant locations.
The consultant will be responsible for designing an offline-capable architecture using SAP BTP, defining the Bill of Materials (BOM) / Bill of Quantity (BOQ), and estimating service implementation efforts.
This is primarily a consulting and advisory engagement requiring strong architectural and commercial understanding. More details as below.
Location : India (Remote)
Shift- Philippines (6.30 am - 3.30 pm IST - Remote- 4 to 5 hours support)
Type : Contract ( 6 months, extendable)
Experience : 8+ years
Required Skills & Experience:
Profile Requirement
- 10+ years SAP experience
- 5+ years in SAP BTP architecture
- Proven experience in solution design & commercial estimation
- Strong client-facing and advisory skills
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
- Experience with:
- SAP BTP Mobile Services / Offline OData
- SAP Integration Suite
- SAP CAP / Cloud Foundry
- SAP Fiori / UI5
- Experience working with S/4HANA RISE
- Understanding of SAP QM module integration
- Experience designing offline-first enterprise architectures
- Strong knowledge of SAP licensing and subscription models
- Experience preparing BOM / BOQ for SAP solutions
Preferred Experience
- Experience with remote plant or low-connectivity environments
- Exposure to security compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001)
- Experience supporting audits or VAPT documentation
- Prior advisory/solution consulting background
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture
- Design offline-capable solution for SAP QM on S/4HANA RISE
- Recommend suitable SAP BTP services for offline data capture and sync
- Ensure secure synchronization with no data loss, duplication, and full data integrity
2. BOM / BOQ & Licensing
- Identify required SAP BTP components
- Prepare BOM and estimate BOQ
- Advise on licensing, subscription models, and RISE compatibility
- Provide cost optimization inputs
3. Service Estimation
- Estimate implementation effort (consulting hours)
- Provide high-level roadmap and technical workstreams
- Identify risks and integration dependencies
4. Security & Compliance
- Ensure alignment with VAPT and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 standards
- Advise on secure data storage and transmission
- Ensure compliance with enterprise IT governance standards
