Role:
We are hiring an experienced SAP BTP Integration Suite professional to take on a leadership role, drive integration strategy, and manage cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong technical expertise along with the ability to mentor teams and influence key architectural decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP BTP Integration Suite
- Lead and manage the team, owning delivery and technical decisions
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Drive key architectural and integration decisions across projects
- Provide scalable and efficient solutions for complex business problems
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions within the team
- Mentor junior team members and support their career growth
- Ensure best practices in design, development, and integration
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Integration Advisor, Open Connectors)
- Solid understanding of application design principles and integration architectures
- Experience with cloud integration technologies and APIs (REST, SOAP, OData)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA integrations
- Exposure to BTP services and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and microservices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
