Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP BTP Consultant with expertise in AI technologies to join our dynamic team. As an SAP BTP Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions, with a particular focus on integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of both SAP BTP services and AI-driven solutions, ensuring that our clients gain the maximum value from their SAP environments.The candidate will be responsible for developing extensions, integrations, and supporting cloud-based solutions on SAP BTP.
Key Responsibilities
SAP BTP Implementation:
- Lead and execute end-to-end implementations of SAP BTP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement BTP-based applications using AI tools, enabling automated and intelligent business processes.
AI Integration:
- Leverage AI capabilities in SAP BTP to enhance data analysis, predictive analytics, and business decision-making.
- Develop AI models and integrate machine learning and data-driven solutions into existing SAP landscapes.
Consultation & Support:
- Provide expert guidance to clients on SAP BTP best practices, especially around AI integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP BTP services and AI models, ensuring optimal performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- customized AI solutions using SAP BTP.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure seamless AI solution delivery.
Continuous Learning & Innovation:
- Stay updated on emerging trends in SAP BTP, AI technologies, and industry best practices.
- Innovate and suggest AI-driven solutions that improve overall business efficiency and enhance SAP BTP functionalities.

Required Skills
Experience in SAP BTP platform
Hands-on experience in SAP Integration Suite / CPI
Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5
Basic understanding of CAP (Node.js / Java)
Experience with REST APIs / OData
Understanding of S/4HANA integration

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Manager with 12+ years of expertise in SAP & atleast 6+ years in SAP BTP to lead our SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) initiatives, with a particular focus on integrating new AI technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, overseeing the delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions within the SAP BTP landscape, and leading a team of consultants. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure SAP BTP solutions are aligned with organizational goals, while integrating innovative AI and machine learning capabilities to optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead a team of SAP BTP consultants, solution architects, and technical experts with a focus on AI technologies.
- Mentor and develop team members, creating a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.
- Ensure the team is up to date with the latest AI trends and SAP BTP advancements.
- Strategic Planning & AI Consulting:
- Define and execute the strategy for integrating AI capabilities within SAP BTP solutions to drive automation, efficiency, and enhanced decision-making for clients.
- Provide expert consulting on the implementation of AI-driven SAP BTP solutions, advising on the use of machine learning, data intelligence, and predictive analytics to solve complex business challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree in AI, Data Science, or Business Technology is a plus.
- Experience:
- 13+ years of experience working with SAP Experience, with at least 6 years in SAP BTP & in a managerial role, leading AI-focused initiatives.
- Proven track record of managing complex AI-driven SAP BTP projects and integrating advanced AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics) within SAP environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience with SAP BTP, including SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Data Intelligence, and SAP AI services.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies such as TensorFlow, Python, SAP AI Core, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of AI-driven business intelligence solutions, predictive analytics, and data-driven process automation.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and their integration with SAP BTP platforms.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams through complex AI-driven projects.
