Job Title: SAP BTP Architect – SAP Build & SAP Build Process Automation
Employment Type: Contract Based
Experience: 8–12 Years (Minimum 4–5 years in SAP BTP)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) with strong expertise in SAP Build, SAP Build Process Automation, and SAP's low-code/no-code ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive solution architecture, integration strategy, process automation, and application development while ensuring scalability, security, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end solution architecture on SAP BTP aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
Develop applications using SAP Build Apps and SAP Build Work Zone.
Design and implement workflows, approvals, forms, business rules, and robotic process automations using SAP Build Process Automation.
Architect integrations using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh).
Build and expose APIs using CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) and Node.js/Java where applicable.
Design secure authentication and authorization using SAP IAS, IPS, OAuth, and XSUAA.
Extend SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or other SAP applications using SAP BTP extension capabilities.
Define CI/CD pipelines, transport strategies, and DevOps best practices for SAP BTP.
Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and code reviews.
Ensure adherence to SAP BTP security, performance, and compliance standards.
Mentor developers and establish development standards and reusable assets.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Hands-on expertise in SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Work Zone, and SAP Build Process Automation.
Experience with SAP Integration Suite.
Knowledge of CAP Framework, Node.js, Java, REST APIs, and OData services.
Strong understanding of SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP Extension Suite.
Experience with SAP HANA Cloud and database modeling.
Expertise in SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), OAuth, and security concepts.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and microservices.
Preferred Skills:
SAP BTP Solution Architect or SAP Build certifications.
Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP applications.
Knowledge of SAP AI Core, Joule Studio, AI Foundation, or Generative AI capabilities on SAP BTP.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8–12 years of overall SAP experience with at least 4–5 years of hands-on SAP BTP experience.
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise SAP BTP solutions with SAP Build and SAP Build Process Automation.
