SAP BPT EngineerOptimHirefull-timeRequired skillscommunication skillscross-functionaldata modelingfinancial planningSAPstatisticstechnical supportAbout the role Website: Job details: Main ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Digital Finance team to design, implement, and optimize SAP Analytics Cloud Planning solutions.Possess a solid understanding of SAC Planning components: Data Actions, Multi Actions, Input Controls, Data Locking, Advanced Formulas, and security configuration.Provide technical support and guidance on the platform's advanced functionalities.Customize and extend SAC Business Content to support integrated Financial Planning and Workforce Planning processes.Adapt and optimize models according to best practices: performance, governance, data connections, formulas, and maintenance.Conduct workshops and design sessions to define future enterprise planning solutions.Deliver training to Finance teams on new processes, models, and tools.Manage troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of existing solutions.Act as a bridge between Finance, IT, and technology platforms to ensure integrated, effective, and scalable solutions.Required QualificationsTechnical SkillsProven experience (4+ certified years) with SAP Analytics Cloud, particularly in the Planning modules.In-depth knowledge of data modeling, BW/4HANA or SAP Datasphere (a plus).Familiarity with Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Workforce Planning processes.Experience in creating Data Actions, Advanced Formulas, multi-step workflows, and managing Data Locking.Excellent knowledge of data connections (live and import), performance tuning, and SAC model governance.Ability to analyze information flows and finance processes.Soft SkillsProactive mindset and problem-solving orientation.Excellent communication skills and aptitude for cross-functional work.Ability to lead workshops and explain complex concepts simply.Attitude towards continuous improvement and experimentation with new solutions.EducationDegree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines (or equivalent experience).Excellent command of the English language.Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
