As a SAP - BODS - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
Responsibilities
- Leading data migration projects using SAP BODS and SAP Data Services to facilitate seamless transitions to SAP S/4 HANA
- Collaborating with SAP functional and technical consultants to analyze data migration requirements and legacy data structures
- Designing and implementing data migration solutions, including transformation routines and data quality improvement plans
- Managing the execution of data migrations utilizing tools such as SAP SDS LSMW and SAP Migration Cockpit, including customization of LTMOM
- Conducting preload and post-load validation of migration results and advising on data cleansing requirements
- Performing migration dress rehearsals, cutover tasks, and providing post go-live support to clients
- Providing advisory services to clients on data management strategies and techniques to optimize data processes
- Developing technical specification documents for data services jobs, leveraging data migration experience and programming knowledge
- Supporting data cleansing activities using Information Steward, Excel, Data Services, and SQL tools
- Utilizing Snaplogic for data migration from source systems to SAP S/4 HANA, enhancing data integration capabilities
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating extensive experience in SAP Data Services and LSMW
- Utilizing Snaplogic for data migration to S/4 HANA
- Designing data migration solutions with transformation routines
- Managing data cleansing activities using Information Steward and SQL
- Leading data migration projects with SAP Migration Cockpit
- Excelling in complex data analysis and data quality improvement plans
