Job Title: SAP BODS Consultant
Required Skillset: SAP BODS, SAP ECC / S4HANA / BW, SQL
Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/data integration solutions using SAP BODS
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple source systems (SAP & non-SAP)
- Build and optimize Jobs, Workflows, Dataflows, Transforms, and Scripts
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
- Work with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements
- Create and maintain Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot job failures, and handle production issues
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, documentation, and governance standards
- Support deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and job automation
- Collaborate with DB, BASIS, and reporting teams for end-to-end delivery
Technical Skills Required
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in SAP BODS (ETL Design & Development)
- Good understanding of Data Warehousing conceptsFact & Dimension tables
- Star/Snowflake schema
- Experience with SAP ECC / S4HANA / BW or other SAP modules as sources
- Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle / SQL Server / HANA)
- Experience with data extraction from flat files, XML, APIs, databases
Good to Have
- Knowledge of SAP BW, SAP HANA, or SAP SLT
- Experience with Real‑time data services
- Exposure to Unix/Linux shell scripting
- Understanding of CI/CD, job scheduling, and monitoring tools
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) – optional
