Industry: HR staffing & technical recruitment services supporting large enterprise BI transformations across Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing and IT sectors in India.
Sector: Enterprise Business Intelligence & Analytics implementation and support. Position:
SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) Consultant — on-site across India to support a client-facing BI delivery program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and build SAP BusinessObjects universes using Information Design Tool (IDT) or legacy Universe Designer to model business data for reporting.
- Develop, optimise and maintain reports and dashboards using Web Intelligence and Crystal Reports to meet stakeholder SLAs.
- Administer BI Platform components (CMS, CMC), manage security, scheduling, bursting and content promotion across environments using LCM.
- Integrate BusinessObjects with SAP BW, SAP HANA and relational sources; tune SQL and queries for performance at scale.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes, patches and configuration changes to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with business analysts, ETL teams and QA to translate requirements, execute UAT and deliver training and documentation for end users.
