Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Data Warehousing / BI Development or Reporting / Analytics role
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BI 4.3 Development
- Experience in BO Administration (good to have)
- Strong SQL skills with AWS Redshift (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Universe Design and report writing
- Ability to understand and modify complex universe queries
- Strong understanding of dimensional data modeling and high-performing reporting data models
- Experience in PL/SQL and stored procedures
- Knowledge of database architecture, query optimization, and advanced analytics features
- Exposure to Windows and Unix environments (Shell scripting is a plus)
- Understanding of Agile SDLC in DW/BI projects
- Experience working with JIRA / ServiceNow
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical stakeholders)
- Ability to take ownership and contribute to architectural planning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
