JD Clarifications.

8+ years of handon experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, reporting, or analytics development.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.3 development.
Extensive experience developing complex Web Intelligence (WebI) reports.
Strong expertise in BusinessObjects Universe Design and Development.
Hands-on experience with Universe Design Tool (UDT) and/or Information Design Tool (IDT).
Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and modify complex existing Universes and report queries.
Moderate to Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries.
Good understanding of SQL query performance and optimization techniques.
Good understanding of Data Warehousing and dimensional data modelling concepts, including facts, dimensions, and star/snowflake schemas.
Ability to understand database structures and data relationships and translate them into reporting solutions.
Experience working with large data volumes and performance-sensitive BI reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently research and resolve complex technical issues.
Experience working in an Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environment.
Experience using JIRA for work tracking and Agile delivery.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple development and support priorities.
