🚀 Hiring SAP BASIS Transformation Lead (T3)

🌟 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Transformation Lead to drive large-scale SAP transformation initiatives across complex hybrid landscapes.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will spearhead platform modernization, cloud adoption, and enterprise SAP transformation programs involving On-Premise, RISE with SAP, and Hyperscaler Cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
You will act as the technical transformation authority, collaborating with global teams, system integrators, and cloud providers to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready SAP platforms.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Drive SAP transformation strategy and platform modernization initiatives
🔹 Lead S/4HANA conversions (Brownfield & Greenfield) and cloud migrations
🔹 Define SAP transformation roadmaps, architecture, and delivery plans
🔹 Collaborate with Architects, Security, Infra, and Cloud teams for solution design
🔹 Manage end-to-end SAP transformation programs across hybrid landscapes
🔹 Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to SAP best practices
🔹 Lead BASIS teams for upgrades, migrations, and system conversions
🔹 Oversee risk management, cost estimation, and resource planning
🔹 Coordinate with SAP, system integrators, and hyperscaler providers
🔹 Drive automation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 Ensure delivery within scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards
🛠️ Required Skills & Expertise
✔️ 15+ years of SAP BASIS & SAP platform experience
✔️ Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformations
✔️ Hands-on experience with SAP HANA DB administration & migration
✔️ Experience in RISE with SAP & hyperscaler cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
✔️ Expertise in SAP landscape transformation & modernization strategies
✔️ Strong knowledge of SAP BTP & SAP Cloud Platform
✔️ Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and landscape consolidation
✔️ Expertise in High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR)
✔️ Strong Linux administration experience for SAP workloads
✔️ Knowledge of SAP integration, transport management & governance
✔️ Experience in Agile & traditional project delivery methodologies
✔️ Strong stakeholder management & leadership skills
