SAP BASIS HANA Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS HANA Consultant to manage and support SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA environments, HANA database administration, and SAP-to-Cloud migration initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP BASIS administration, system performance optimization, upgrades, and high-availability configurations.

Key Responsibilities SAP BASIS & HANA Administration
- Manage and administer SAP S/4HANA landscapes and SAP HANA databases.
- Perform SAP system installations, configurations, upgrades, and refresh activities.
- Handle SAP kernel upgrades, patching, and support pack implementations.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and reliability.
SAP-to-Cloud Migration
- Support SAP2Cloud migration activities and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Work on migration planning, execution, validation, and post-migration support.
- Ensure smooth transition of SAP workloads to cloud environments.
System Performance & High Availability
- Configure and maintain high-availability and disaster recovery setups.
- Perform database tuning, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze and resolve system performance bottlenecks and technical issues.
Security & Compliance
- Support SAP security administration and authorization concepts.
- Implement system security best practices and compliance standards.
- Ensure data integrity, backup management, and system stability.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with functional, infrastructure, and cloud teams for project delivery.
- Provide technical support for production and non-production environments.
- Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and incident resolution.
