Technical Skills
- Knowledge of SAP Basis administration
- Experience with SAP systems like ECC, S/4HANA, Cloud ALM
- experience with SAP HANA database administration
- Knowledge of OS (Windows)
- Understanding of transport management system (TMS)
- Familiarity with SAP architecture and landscape design
- Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., Solution Manager)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts
- Experience of BTP/CPI and Cloud Connector
- Access Control (AC)
- Risk Management (RM)
- ARA (Access Risk Analysis)
Work Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems (S/4HANA)
- Perform SAP system administration tasks (client management, transport management, user administration)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage SAP transports across system landscapes
- Perform regular system health checks and tuning
- Handle SAP kernel upgrades, patches, and support packs
- Manage database administration tasks (HANA/DB2)
- maintain backup and recovery strategies
- Ensure system security, including role and authorization management
- Work on SAP system copies, refreshes
- Monitor background jobs, dumps, logs, and spool management
- Support SAP upgrades & Private Cloud Customer
- SAP GRC solutions (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management)
- Design and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules and controls
- Perform user access reviews and risk analysis
- Manage user provisioning and role assignments through GRC Access Request Management (ARM)
- Maintain Business Role Management (BRM)
- Work with auditors to support internal and external audits
- Handle firefighter IDs (Emergency Access Management - EAM)
