We are hiring an experienced SAP Basis Consultant for a full-time, onsite engagement in Bengaluru. This is a priority requirement for immediate closure, supporting enterprise SAP landscapes and ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing and administering SAP environments, ensuring high availability, performance tuning, and seamless operations across SAP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SAP systems across ECC / S/4HANA landscapes.
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Handle transport management and system refresh activities.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system issues.
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for solution delivery.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
Required Skills & Expertise
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong experience with SAP ECC / S/4HANA landscapes.
- Hands-on experience with system installation, upgrades, and migrations.
- Expertise in performance tuning and system monitoring.
- Knowledge of SAP Transport Management System (TMS).
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Solid understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts.
- Experience with Linux / Unix environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
