Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP system administration, installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP landscape management, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting business-critical SAP environments.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SAP systems including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PO, and SAP NetWeaver.
- Perform SAP installations, system copies (homogeneous/heterogeneous), kernel upgrades, and support package implementations.
- Manage SAP transport management system (TMS) and coordinate transport activities across landscapes.
- Monitor SAP system health, performance, availability, and capacity planning.
- Good Knowledge on HANA Database administration.
- Execute backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and high-availability support activities.
- Troubleshoot SAP system issues, dumps, spool, background jobs, RFCs, gateways, ICM, and work processes.
- Support SAP refreshes, client copies, and migration activities.
- Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge on CloudALM configuration
