We are looking for an experienced ๐ฆ๐๐ฃ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ ๐๐น๐ผ๐๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐๐น๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ with strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis, Cloud, Network, HANA, and hyperscaler environments including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
The ideal candidate should have 6 โ 7 years of experience in SAP Basis administration with good understanding of cloud platforms, SAP HANA administration, system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and support activities.

Manage SAP Basis administration and support activities
โ
Work on SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
โ
Support SAP systems hosted on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP
โ
Work on SAP HANA administration, monitoring, backup, restore, and performance checks
โ
Handle SAP landscape operations including system availability, health checks, and issue resolution
โ
Coordinate with cloud, network, security, and infrastructure teams
โ
Support transport management, client administration, user administration, and system refresh activities
โ
Monitor background jobs, system logs, dumps, RFC connections, and interfaces
โ
Support incident, problem, and change management activities
โ
Ensure system stability, security compliance, and operational continuity
โ
Provide remote support with required onsite presence as per business need

โ๏ธ 6 โ 7 years of experience in SAP Basis administration
โ๏ธ Strong experience in SAP Basis support and operations
โ๏ธ Good knowledge of SAP HANA administration
โ๏ธ Experience in cloud environments โ Azure, AWS, or GCP
โ๏ธ Understanding of cloud working principles and infrastructure concepts
โ๏ธ Knowledge of network concepts related to SAP landscape connectivity
โ๏ธ Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
โ๏ธ Experience in transport management, client administration, and user administration
โ๏ธ Knowledge of backup, restore, system refresh, and patching activities
โ๏ธ Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes
โ๏ธ Strong analytical and issue resolution skills
โ๏ธ Good communication and coordination skills

โ๏ธ Experience working across Azure, AWS, and GCP will be preferred
โ๏ธ SAP HANA cloud / hyperscaler exposure will be an added advantage
โ๏ธ Experience in SAP upgrades, migrations, or cloud migration projects preferred
โ๏ธ ITIL process knowledge preferred
โ๏ธ Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
