Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM/PP Consultant with a Mechanical Engineering background and hands-on experience in mining equipment or industrial manufacturing sectors. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge in SAP MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning) modules along with end-user support and business process handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management) and PP (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, MRP) modules based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain accurate Master Data including Material Master, Vendor Master, BOMs, Work Centers, and Routings.
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP incidents and analyze root causes for MIGO, MIRO, and Production Order related issues.
- Execute procurement processes including PR to PO creation, Release Strategies, and Invoice Verification.
- Manage Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), stock transfers, and production-related inventory transactions using MIGO.
- Perform inventory physical checks, reconciliation, and PP/MM period closing activities.
- Handle Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt/Issue processes, and Inventory Management activities.
- Perform troubleshooting and support for end-user transactions and production support (Hyper-care activities).
- Manage MRR, DC, invoice cancellations, and production/work order corrections.

- Good understanding of procurement, inventory, and production processes
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and support manufacturing operations effectively
