Arcelormittal is looking for SAP Basis analysts with experience in SAP ECC and S/4 Hana environments, working in close collaboration and deep partnership with the rest of IT teams (internal and external). Experience in managing relationships with internal Application teams & external providers is required.

The scope of responsibilities will be ArcelorMittal Flat Europe SAP support in complex and critical SOX SAP environments.

Key Knowledge background and Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship between SAP Application teams and external providers
• Keep track of projects, demands and incidents
• Escalate issues to external providers and follow up resolution
• Coordinate with all stakeholders when required by projects and major changes
• Manage invoices from external providers, including checking monthly against contracts
• Guarantee contract adherence by external providers
• Manage exceptions (wrong invoices)
• Manage contracts of external resources, both internally (follow AM processes) and externally (with external providers)
• Provide inputs for budget and invoices to FinOps
• Generate a list of SAP Notes and Hot News for all SAP landscapes monthly
• Both Basis and application notes
• Evaluate and implement Basis related SAP Security Notes and SAP Hot news on a monthly Basis
• Monitor Basis SAP Notes implementation monthly on all landscapes and ensure all systems are adequately patched as per SOx ITGC requirements
• Project coordinator in special technical SAP project
• Monitor Archiving processes on all landscapes and makes sure they run adequately
• Support internal demands from Basis team
• Provide access to ticketing systems, communication, Email and remote access to SAP systems and network resources to other Basis team members
• Support Basis team members with remote access issues
• Manage and support SAP GUI implementation and SAP Logon XML configurations
• Work on a SOx environment and follow SOx processes

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: 6-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure as SAP Basis role.

• Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
