Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator (S/4HANA) to manage and support a complex SAP landscape. This role is crucial for ensuring system stability, performance optimization, and seamless SAP operations.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ End-to-end technical support for SAP S/4HANA landscape
✔️ Installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems
✔️ System performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization
✔️ SAP HANA database administration (backup, restore, patching, tuning)
✔️ System upgrades, kernel updates, and patch implementation
✔️ SSL certificate and system security management
✔️ Transport management & ChaRM processes handling
✔️ Troubleshooting system issues and performance bottlenecks
✔️ Collaboration with internal teams & implementation partners
✔️ Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and processes
Key Requirements
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
✔️ 5+ years of SAP Basis Administration experience
✔️ Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture
✔️ Hands-on experience with SAP HANA database management
✔️ Experience with SAP Solution Manager & ChaRM
✔️ Exposure to SAP Fiori administration & integrations
✔️ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Good to Have
✨ SAP S/4HANA Certification
✨ Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration
✨ Knowledge of High Availability & Disaster Recovery
✨ Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / SAP RISE)
