Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, analyze data, and design effective SAP Ariba process solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging stakeholders, conducting workshops, documenting requirements, and providing user training.
- Solid understanding of Business Process design, especially in sourcing, procurement, contracts, and supplier management.
- Consulting experience in SAP Ariba or similar procurement solutions, including client-facing work and solution recommendations.
- Good grasp of Finance and procurement-related concepts, such as PO/PR cycles, invoices, approvals, and cost controls.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba configuration and support (e.g., Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance).
- Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Mumbai and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant SAP or Ariba certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in SAP ERP (MM/SD/FI) integration with Ariba and familiarity with integration technologies is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and support.
