Job Description:
SAP Ariba B&I / SCC
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Ariba Buying & Invoicing (B&I) processes:
o Requisitioning and Guided Buying, PO collaboration
o Invoice submission, validation, and exception handling
· Lead Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) capabilities:
o PO confirmations, ASN creation
o Goods receipt collaboration
o Supplier enablement on the Ariba Network
· Own functional design and configuration for:
o Ariba Buying / Guided Buying
o Ariba Network – SCC
· Govern integration with:
o SAP S/4HANA MM and FI-AP
o Business Partner / vendor master data
o GR/IR and financial postings
· Define and support:
o Procurement and invoicing approval flows
o Tolerances, matching rules, and controls
o Supplier onboarding and transaction enablement
· Lead Ariba B&I / SCC workstream activities:
o Design, build oversight, testing, cutover, go-live support
· Partner with Procurement, AP, Supply Chain, and suppliers
· Support data migration, defect resolution, and stabilization
Required Skills & Experience
· 10+ years SAP procurement experience
· Strong hands-on expertise in:
o SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing
o Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration
· Proven experience integrating Ariba with SAP S/4HANA
· Solid understanding of PO, GR, invoicing, and 3-way match processes
· Experience with supplier enablement and Ariba Network transactions
· Ability to operate independently in a delivery-focused role
