JD -Ariba Upstream
The candidate must be aware of processes in SAP ARIBA in banking industry
Analyse business processes and recommend SAP ARIBA solutions for Procurement requirements.
. Configure supplier request , registration , sourcing project, guided sourcing , approval workflow and ARIBA procurement
SAP ARIBA.
. Collaborate with all SAP workstreams and client business stakeholders to ensure seamless gathering of requirement and transform those into SAP solution.
. Perform system testing – Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User acceptance Testing (UAT).
. Analyse issue resolution related to SAP ARIBA.
. Provide user training and create documentation for SAP ARIBA and communicate with SAP ARIBA
Essential Skills ARIBA Upstream ,--- SLP , ARIBA contract
SLP - have experience of process and in SLP Supplier request
Supplier registration , Supplier Qualification , questionaire
SM Admin , Template configuration
Contract Management - Consultant should understanding Contract management process , Contract migration , Template configuration , contract design
Soft Skills: Communication , Client handling , Presentation

- Key Responsibilities: Candidate must have depth knowledge in ARIBA downstream.
- SAP ARIBA able to handle support and implement SAP ARIBA downstream.
- Candidate should have excellent business process understanding on ARIBA downstream functions such as Procurement ,ARIBA guided buying , direct and indirect procurement,catalogue Management
- Very Good understanding of Integration points with other ERP system.
- Has carried out required base line configurations, developed business requirement document, functional specification document and carried out Unit Testing, System Integration Testing.
- Essential Skills ARIBA downstream , ARIBA Buying , guided buying , end to end procurement process
