Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba AI Specialist [10+ Years] to drive our procurement digital transformation. This role involves implementing and optimizing SAP Ariba solutions enhanced by SAP Business AI and generative AI (Joule). The ideal candidate will leverage AI to accelerate strategic sourcing, improve supplier management, and automate tactical procurement tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Enabled Sourcing & Procurement: Deploy and optimize AI-driven sourcing solutions, using machine learning algorithms to identify preferred suppliers and generate RFP questions.
- Category Management with Gen AI: Utilize generative AI to automate content creation for category management, speeding up strategy planning.
- Joule AI Assistant Implementation: Configure Joule, SAP’s copilot, to assist users with natural language queries for sourcing events and supplier risk analysis.
- Intake Management & Automation: Implement "single front door" intake dashboards that use AI to route requests and reduce manual intake tasks.
- System Integration (BTP): Leverage SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to integrate Ariba with S/4HANA and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Supplier 360 & Risk Analytics: Utilize AI to enhance supplier profiles, evaluate performance, and predict supply disruption risks.
- Automated Invoicing: Configure AI-enabled invoicing capabilities, including OCR for automated data extraction and exception handling.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or Business.
Experience in SAP Ariba implementation (Sourcing, Buying, Supplier Management).
Demonstrated experience with SAP Business AI or similar AI-driven procurement tools.
Strong understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
