About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Logistics Execution Architect with deep expertise in SAP WM/EWM to lead and support enterprise-scale logistics and warehouse management solutions. You will work closely with global business and IT teams to design, enhance, and support SAP Logistics Execution processes across warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on global SAP landscapes supporting end-to-end logistics execution and warehouse transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, support, and optimize SAP Logistics Execution processes across inbound, outbound, warehouse, and transportation operations.
- Configure and maintain SAP WM/EWM including warehouse structures, storage locations, shipping points, movement types, routes, and handling units.
- Support end-to-end warehouse operations including putaway, picking, packing, transfer orders, physical inventory, and stock movements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable SAP logistics solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, workflows, and integrations.
- Support integrations across SAP MM, SD, PP, PM, FI, and third-party systems (WMS, TMS, 3PL, IDoc/EDI).
- Participate in solution design, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression), cutover, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot logistics and warehouse issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term improvements.
- Support logistics master data governance and ensure data accuracy across warehouse and transportation processes.
- Work with global support teams and managed service providers to ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 12–14 years of hands-on SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP WM and/or SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of: Inbound & Outbound Logistics, Warehouse Management, Picking, Packing & Shipping, Stock Transfers & Inventory Management, Handling Unit (HU) Management, Physical Inventory Processes
- Experience integrating SAP WM/EWM with MM, SD, PP, PM, and FI.
- Experience with logistics interfaces including 3PL, WMS, TMS, IDoc/EDI, barcode or RFID integration.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation processes, and logistics execution.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting global business teams across multiple time zones.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in global SAP support or transformation programs.
- Exposure to warehouse automation and logistics process optimization.
- Experience working in ITIL or managed services environments.
