šØ We Are Hiring: SAP AMS Manager | Dehradun | Immediate Joiner
Rialtes is looking for an experienced SAP AMS Manager to lead and manage our SAP Application Management Services (AMS) delivery from our Dehradun office.
This is a delivery leadership role for someone who understands how to run a complex SAP support organizationānot just manage tickets. The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of service delivery, team performance, client governance, SLA compliance, escalations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Lead end-to-end SAP AMS delivery across functional and technical workstreams
ā¢ Own SLA/KPI performance, MTTR, ticket backlog, aging and closure targets
ā¢ Manage P1/P2 incidents, critical escalations and major business-impacting issues
ā¢ Lead SAP functional, ABAP and integration teams across shifts and geographies
ā¢ Drive daily operational governance, weekly service reviews and executive reporting
ā¢ Manage Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management processes
ā¢ Work closely with client stakeholders, process owners and leadership teams
ā¢ Identify recurring issues and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and permanent solutions
ā¢ Ensure resource utilization, team productivity and overall delivery quality
ā¢ Build a proactive, accountable and high-performance AMS delivery culture
What We Are Looking For:
ā¢ 10ā15+ years of SAP experience with strong AMS / Application Support leadership experience
ā¢ Proven experience managing large SAP support teams and enterprise clients
ā¢ Strong understanding of ITIL-based service delivery and SAP support operations
ā¢ Excellent client communication, escalation management and leadership skills
ā¢ Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability delivery environment
