Job Description
Zensar is looking for an experienced
SAP FICO + FTM (Funds & Treasury Management) Consultant to support
AMS engagements for global clients. The role focuses on
L2/L3 production support, problem management, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement across Finance and Treasury processes in a
SLA‑driven, ITIL‑based environment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities✅ AMS Support & Incident Management
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP FI, CO, and FTM/Treasury modules
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within agreed SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
- Proactively reduce recurring finance and treasury‑related issues
✅ Treasury & FTM Support
- Support Cash & Liquidity Management
- Handle Bank Communication Management (BCM) and payment issues
- Support In‑House Cash / Cash Position monitoring
- Resolve issues related to treasury transactions and bank integrations
- Ensure accurate FI postings and reconciliation from treasury activities
✅ Enhancements & Change Requests
- Handle minor enhancements and configuration changes in FICO and FTM
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP teams
- Support release cycles, transport management, and regression testing
✅ Business & Client Interaction
- Act as functional SPOC for FICO + FTM AMS support
- Interact with finance and treasury users across US / EU / APAC regions
- Participate in AMS governance calls, SLA reviews, and status reporting
✅ Testing & Documentation
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
- Maintain ticket documentation, SOPs, KT documents, and knowledge base
- Support transition and knowledge‑transfer activities
Qualifications
Required SkillsSAP FICO (Strong)
- FI: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting
- CO: Cost Centers, Internal Orders (COPA – working knowledge)
- Month‑end & year‑end close support
- Strong FI–MM and FI–SD integration
SAP FTM / Treasury
- Cash & Liquidity Management
- Bank Communication Management (BCM)
- Cash Position / In‑House Cash (working knowledge)
- Treasury transactions and postings
- Integration with FI and payment processes
AMS / Support Experience
- 3–5+ years of AMS / production support
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, SLAs, incident & problem management
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow / Remedy / JIRA
Preferred Skills (Zensar Focus)
- Exposure to S/4HANA Finance / Treasury support
- Experience handling audit, compliance, and SOX‑related issues
- Client‑facing coordination and governance exposure
- SAP FI / CO / Treasury certification (good to have)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Confident communication with finance and treasury stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in AMS environments
- Excellent documentation and reporting discipline
