Role Description
This is a Contractual opportunity , on-site role for a SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) Consultant based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The consultant will design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, and extensions. Daily responsibilities involve creating and managing ALV reports, enhancing existing functionalities using user exits, and integrating applications through BAPIs and IDocs. Additional tasks include developing object-oriented programs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating Advanced List Viewer (ALV) reports and utilizing User Exits for system enhancements
- Should have a knowledge about the workflow
- Experience with Business Application Programming Interfaces (BAPI) and Intermediate Documents (IDoc) for system integration
- Strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) within the SAP ABAP environment
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of SAP system architecture and workflows is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
