SAP ABAP- Workflow Professional should have :-

• Gather and translate business approval policies into workflow models (Classical & Flexible).
• Classical: Model templates (WS*), tasks (TS*), events, containers, outcomes in SWDD.
• Flexible: Configure scenarios (e.g., PR/PO/Contracts, FI Journal) with preconditions, start conditions, step sequences, deadlines, escalations, substitutions.
• Design/extend Fiori My Inbox actions, task UIs, and context mapping.
• Implement agent determination via rules & responsibilities, OM (positions/organizational assignments), and BAdIs.
• Build custom enhancements: BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements, ABAP OO task methods, event linkages.
• Define audit trails, error‑handling patterns, and reprocessing procedures.

B. Integration & Security

• Coordinate with Fiori, ABAP, Basis, Security for catalogs/roles, OData, and authorizations.
• Ensure Inbox access, task authorization, and SoD alignment; maintain notification/email routing.

C. Quality & Operations

• Create functional specs, technical specs, config guides, test scripts, and runbooks.
• Monitor & troubleshoot via SWI1, SWIA, SWPR, SWPC, SWU3, SWELS/SWEL (event trace), SLG1, and /IWFND, /IWBEP for OData.
• Own performance tuning, incident resolution, and post‑go‑live stabilization.

D. Stakeholder Management

• Lead workshops with Finance/Procurement/Sales/Quality owners.
• Support UAT, cutover, and hyper care; train super users and L2/L3 teams.

Required Skills

• Classical Workflow: Events, tasks, containers, templates (WS*), SWDD, deadlines, substitutions, SBWP.
• Flexible Workflow (S/4HANA): PR/PO/Contracts, FI Journal, Billing approvals; My Inbox enablement.
• Troubleshooting: SWI1/SWIA, reprocessing (SWPR), setup checks (SWU3), logs (SLG1), performance basics.
• Fiori/OData: My Inbox task actions, context mapping, /IWFND/** and /IWBEP/** error analysis.
• Practical knowledge of at least one process domain (MM, FI/CO, SD).
• Strong documentation and compliance mindset.

• VDM, CDS exposure for workflow context; ABAP OO for custom handlers.

• Email (SOST/SCOT) templating and output management integration.
• IDOC and Proxy
• Badi, BAPI User exit , customer exit, Pre exit, Post exit over write exit and also including basics
