Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer specializing in SAP ABAP. In this full-time, on-site role based in Noida, the Corporate Trainer will design and deliver high-quality training sessions for professionals seeking expertise in SAP ABAP. Responsibilities include implementing coaching strategies, conducting skill evaluations, developing training materials, and ensuring training aligns with business processes and goals. The trainer will work collaboratively with company stakeholders to provide impactful and practical learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP and related modules, such as SAP FICO
- Proficiency in conducting effective training sessions and professional development initiatives
- Solid understanding of business processes and consulting practices
- Familiarity with Materials Management processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences
- Previous corporate training or teaching experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications in SAP or related fields are advantageous
