Key Requirements
1. Core SAP & S/4HANA Expertise
- 8-10+ years of technical experience in SAP environments with a proven implementation track record.
- Deep SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Mastery of ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, Fiori/UI5, and the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
- SAP BTP: Strong hands-on experience utilizing SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for integrations and extensions.
- Solid understanding of SAP functional modules to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
2. AI/ML & Advanced Tooling
- AI/ML Frameworks: Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Generative AI & LLMs: Experience with LLM toolchains (LangChain) and Cloud AI services (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker).
- SAP AI Ecosystem: Familiarity with SAP Joule, SAP AI Core, and SAP AI Foundation governance.
- Modern developer tools like SAP Build Code, Kubernetes, and Docker.
3. Leadership & Global Delivery
- Proven experience managing, transforming, and mentoring cross-functional, global technical teams.
- Strong client management skills with the ability to drive technical discussions with multi-regional stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- AI Solution Development: Design and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions integrated directly into SAP S/4HANA using SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, and external cloud services.
- Technical Leadership & Architecture: Define the AI architecture roadmap, ensure high code quality (ABAP/Python), and enforce governance/bias detection frameworks.
- Integration & Automation: Oversee the embedding of AI capabilities into core SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR) using SAP CPI and APIs to drive operational efficiency.
- Innovation & Strategy: Stay ahead of the SAP AI roadmap, advising stakeholders on adoption strategies and using tools like SAP Build Code to boost developer productivity.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and upskill junior AI specialists and SAP developers in a fast-paced, agile global environment.
