Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic SAP ABAP SME with 1-3 years of experience in delivering end-to end ABAP development and conducting training sessions for freshers or working professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SAP ABAP, real-time project exposure, and a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality SAP ABAP academic corporate training sessions (online/offline) based on predefined curriculum and real-world scenarios.
Provide hands-on support, clarify technical doubts, and guide learners on best practices.
Assist in course content development, assessments, and assignments.
Collaborate with internal teams for curriculum updates based on industry trends.
Work on SAP ABAP development tasks including reports, enhancements, BAPIs/BADIs, SmartForms, etc., as required.
Ensure continuous engagement with learners and track their progress.
Required Skills Experience: 1-3 years of combined experience in SAP ABAP consulting and training.
Strong knowledge of core ABAP, Reports, ALV, Module Pool, Enhancements, Interfaces, SmartForms, and OOPs in ABAP Experience in S/4HANA ABAP Exposure to real-time SAP implementation/support/roll-out projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior training experience (corporate or academic).
Preferred Qualifications: SAP Back End Development ABAP Cloud Certification: C_ABAPD (Mandatory) Ability to mentor and inspire young talent
