As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills to help clients navigate complex business challenges, from strategy to execution. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards while navigating increasingly complex situations.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will proactively assist in managing multiple client engagements, reporting to Managers and above. You will establish effective working relationships directly with clients and contribute to the development of your own and your team's technical acumen. By staying informed about local and national business and economic issues, you will be actively involved in business development activities, helping to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can continue to develop internal relationships and enhance your personal brand within the firm.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing multiple client engagements and reporting to senior management
- Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance team performance and technical skills
- Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to support business development
- Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team
- Staying informed on local and national business and economic trends
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and research new opportunities
- Developing internal relationships and enhancing your personal brand within the firm
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and optimization
- Implementing SAP solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA to drive business transformation
- Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to solve complex business issues
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA for business transformation
- Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in SAP environments
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs
- Navigating complexity with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
